This project specifically addresses the targets in the strategy which are to conduct assessment of the conservation status of all known plant species, (e.g specific area in Penang Hill) and to develop and share information, research and associated outputs that enables better implementation of the strategy. The project objectives encompass understanding and documenting plant diversity, assessing conservation status, re-documenting species, and developing a flora conservation management plan for Penang.
