Utilizing Local Ecological Knowledge and Geospatial Applications For Cultural Ecosystem Services Mapping in Royal Belum

This project documents and maps local ecological knowledge and cultural ecosystem services among Jahai communities living within Royal Belum State Park. Using participatory approaches and geospatial tools, the study supports more inclusive protected area management by integrating indigenous perspectives into park planning. The research promotes recognition of local resource use and cultural values, aligning conservation practices with international standards for socially responsive park management.
